Service is fully integrated in Isah. This is necessary, because a service order always passes through different parts of the business process. What’s more, all service orders can be carried out both in a remedial as well as preventative manner.
Per customer and product, each service can be viewed ‘as engineered’, ‘as built’ and ‘as maintained’.
Our service application provides all the necessary input to carry out the service. For example, employees can view stock, inspect the engineering drawing or decide whether the purchasing or engineering department has to be put to work for another, more fault tolerant, part.
Our service application also provides insight into contract management, into what can and cannot be calculated. It is also convenient for preventative maintenance. As a result, you can prevent previous errors from being repeated.
This is how it works
Each product or project and its individual components are assigned a unique object number. It is possible to take out a service contract for each object number. This is especially convenient for products that require periodical inspections, tests or certificates.
The application starts up the fully integrated service process for each preventative or corrective service order, from planning up to the final invoice. As all steps and activities take place within the same business environment, you always have an up-to-date and complete information on the customer and the product's history.
