Isah distinguishes three groups of Isah users: project group members, work group members and end users. Each group requires different training levels. Training is adapted to suit the needs of each group.
- Project group members function as discussion partners for the Isah application consultant. They require a global overview of all possibilities offered by Isah.
- Work group members assist in setting up a specific software process, e.g. the sales flow.
- End users must be able to perform their daily tasks using Isah.
Custom Training
The Isah courses are customized to suit your implementation process, employees and wishes. The training dates will be carefully selected to ensure that your employees possess the right knowledge at the right time. The training contents are tuned to your method of operation and the entry level of your employees. You can decide whether the training should take place at Isah or on site. |
