Until a short time ago, tbp electronics Belgium nv was part of Alcatel-Lucent, a company from France. On April 20 of this year, Alcatel-Lucent signed the agreement for the sale of production activities in Geel to Dutch company tbp electronics bv. These activities have been housed in new partnership: tbp electronics Belgium. The organization had been prepared for a takeover for some time. Because they weren’t satisfied with the user-friendliness and functionality of the former ERP solution, they decided to look for new ERP software even before the takeover. The company considers the takeover and the Isah-7 implementation a fresh start.

They understand our business and this has led to a successful implementation,” says Jos Corstjens. “Furthermore, business process management has played an important part in our company for a number of years. We are used to thinking in processes and because of this, we were ready to start the implementation with Isah fairly quickly.”
